Step1: IQC incoming inspection

Inspection purpose: prevent the delay of delivery due to bad material process caused by bad material

Inspection standard: inspection specification for raw materials.

Testing equipment: pressure tester, transistor tester, bridge, DC current and leakage current tester, environmental protection tester, swing tester, salt fog tester, flame retardant tester, etc.

Step2: SMT first piece inspection

Inspection purpose: to ensure that the components of the production model are fully consistent with the customer's assembly drawings and material list, so as to prevent the undesirable flow from the next process

Inspection standard: according to Bom and Gerber data, measure and detect each material of the first board

Step4: Semi-finished product testing

Inspection purpose: to ensure the quality of semi-finished products in the process of forming.

Step5: Finished product aging test
